I thought it was 24 hours. I'm sure on occasion they have let me off though, although that has been more when I'm not cancelling, but moving it to the next day.

Ah, booking @ Tom's. I've phoned up to book before and whoever it was knew my name jsut from my voice over the phone. They don't even know my name when htey see me in person... amazing, etc...

they probably look in the book when you arrive and take a guess at who you are...
It used to be something like 2 days notice for every hour you book.
