Some interesting/surprising choices so far!

Here's a few of mine.

Kes- OST: The flute playing of Harold McNair on this soundtrack is just so beautiful, it makes me feel content, summery, floaty.

King Crimson - Epitaph: A quite heavy(emotionally) song, but it has a granduer and beauty that inspires me greatly.

There are many more, but I cant think just now...

Leo Kottke's music makes me feel happy to be alive
As do Lambchop.

As for a single song, maybe 'Falter' by Hundred Reasons.

But I love my music so much, I'll probably have a hwole new list of music that makes me happy to be alive tomorow.

Surprising as a choice for this thread or for my choice?

Slipknot's first album's so chunky and brutal that it makes me feel all energised and raaar! It pleased me to listen to it anytime and never fails to give me a boost in energy.

As for Camie I think he likes quite a bit of that style of Britrock or whatever you refer to it as these days

Goldie - Timeless....that album always reminds of hot summer days in the sun, particularly the tracks "Saint Angel" and "State of Mind".

Future Sound of London - Dead Cities...this album triggers some very dear memories for me, of when I lived with my parents, in the country, in the depths of winter.
