Default DiS in the NME wooooo

DiS Recordings' next single, 'Oh My God' by Leeds band Kaiser Chiefs, is 'single of the week' in that NME rag today.

And in the issue with Moz on the cover a couple of weeks ago, it had a bit saying "Following her retirement from 'glamour' modelling, Jordan is reinventing herself as the first lady of UK emo. As well as writing for the Drowned In Sound website, she has secured the services of Million Dead to be the backing band on her much-vaunted pop career."

We have a writer called Kate Price, and that's Jordan's real name. Do you see what they did there? Clever.

Anyway, hoorah for the NME (!).

Yes, the NME stage seems to be the best overall this year.

It is a complete rag. I bought the one with Morrissey on the cover a couple of weeks ago. Utter tripe. 2 pages of an extremely poor interview with possible the greatest interviewee of all time, and the rest of the interview was in the next weeks edition! What cunts!

And when interviewing Morrissey, is it really necessary to ask what he thinks of the White Stripes and that cunt from the von bondies??? Hellish...

Bah. Screw you all. Let me bask in my semi-reflected 10 seconds of glory.

*basks in semi-reflected 10 seconds of glory*

OK, I'm done now. Carry on!
