That was the best gig I've been to in god knows how long! Ace! Perhaps largely due to fabulous opening of Ycontrol (fave song anyway) so from then they could do no wrong. And who else could look cool balancing a boot on their head?

Think the cape thing was something to do with the locusts. They were shit. pardon me. People did bugger off to the bar, and boo-ed from there. described as 'complete bollocks'. I was less harsh ont hem, but think modem screeching, blenders and locusts in blenders.

YYYs were great last night. Did they play Rich? I can't remember hearing it.

nah, they never played rich surprisingly

yeah yeah yeahs were great but i was left slightly disapointed by them. karen looked spectacular. the locust were fascinating though i didn't particularly like them. there were more boos than cheers for them. we went to the cathouse after and it was quite cool. we saw lots of girls dressed up as easter bunnies. we watched the rock karaoke downstairs for a while and someone sang enter sandman really badly. we hung out upstairs and watched all the trendy dressed people dance and it looked fun. i tried to dance to get more in the mood but just couldn't. we went to nice n sleazys the next day and we saw aiden moffat.
