Grin NFG New Album Details

New Found Glory called up the favors for a couple unexpected collaborations on its upcoming record.

Catalyst will hit stores May 18 from Drive Thru, and follows up 2002's Sticks and Stones (Drive Thru). The pop-punk act fattens it sound with contributions from Get Up Kid James Dewees on "Failure's Not Flattering," as well as a string arrangement on "I Don't Wanna Know" by David Campbell, father of alt-pop icon Beck.

Haven't been following the progress of this album as much as I did Blink's last one, but what I've heard of it sounds good!!

They're alright - kinda got back into them a few months back but the guys vocals go straight through my head. Pretty good for some cheesy pop-punk thought... Nothing can beat hit or miss...

That new song sound like crappy emo-pop, looks like their taking the blink route of 'maturing'....
