why are they playing Dundee and not Aberdeen?

Because I didn`t book them for Aberdeen as I felt that it was too large a fee to justify two Scottish dates outwith Glasgow...

Aswell as this I know the promotor who is putting it on in Dundee and thus it makes sence for us to work together and not split the crowd.
