Default The Hills Have Eyes

the new re-make thingy. bought it last night.

started off well, reasonably creepy then, Im not sur eof the exact point, but suddenly took a turn down a downward spiral at an exponential rate of heroic cheesy american horror fucking buffalo shite.

I wanted more on wee Ruby. but no, she justs jumps off the cliff and saves the fucking twat with the glasses. and thats it. no thanks to her for saving the baby or nothing.

fucking piss.

The original looks totally shit production wise but totally surpasses the new one. It started off pretty well, but as you say just descended into bog standard American horror fare. I expecting much better from the director because Switchblade Romance was pretty cool.

There's a sequel to this on the way out as well. I thought it was ok, the tit sucking scene was a bit disturbing though.

I rented this from Blockbuster a while ago and have never been so disappointed, I mean Calina didn't even make an appearance! It did make me want to see the original again though.
