Default FAO Top Gear Fans - Hammond in critical condition after crash

Hammond's in a critical condition after crashing during filming for the new series:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/n...re/5365676.stm

Bit of a shock. Hope he gets well soon.

Sky News are saying early reports suggest he rolled the jet car whilst driving at 280mph.

Miracle he survived at all.

I think it was this -

I see Quentin Willson has managed to get himself on BBC1 News, BBC website, Sky News and probably more already. Twat.

That awful. He is quite amusing and seems really genuine. I have no interest in motor vehicles but watch top gear if I catch it just for the toffish banter.
He's got young bairns too.

Wow, he's pretty lucky to be alive by the sounds of things. Hopefully he pulls through and he's back on tv soon.

the way quentin 'twat' wilson is talking you'd think he's dead already.

but prepare yourselves, there is a serious chance he might not make it, poor bastard but like steve irwin he was doing what he loved and there are always risks involved.

hopefully he'll get through it...
