No, they announced that they were going to make a full length DVD movie, but as Billy West explains in the link they are now doing a full series instead.

That's great news. I thought Fox owned the show though? Have another channel bought the rights or have Fox given in to fan pressure?

I think Fox have had a rethink due to massive DVD sales, same thing happened with Family Guy.
