Default New Drink - Chilli Vodka
It's Stolichnaya infused with bird eye chillies and is fairly hot. Probably best drunk as a cocktail, I've invented one called a Scorpion:

Tall glass, lots of ice, 1 shot chilli vodka, 1/4 squeezed lime, topped right up with ginger beer.

The ginger masks the chilli, but there's a [CUE DRUM ROLL] sting in the tail.

Price is the same as the cherry vodka.

We're keeping a special reserve brewing as a rocket fuel alternative for birthdays etc.

I liekd the cocktail. Didnt like it on its own. I liked it more than the fucking chilli paste though. That hurt like a fucking bastard.
