I know a lot of people are on the waiting list for a job, but this particular position was extremely specialised and there were not that many suitable candidates...
So I'd like everyone to welcome... Captain Flint to the team. Captain Flint is an 11 month old African Grey Parrot. These birds about the size of a large pigeon, significantly smaller than a Macaw, but according to research they may have the intellectual capacity of a 5 year old child and live between 40 and 60 years. Unfortunately birds and smoke do not mix, in fact most strong smells can be harmful, so Captain Flints guest appearences in the bar will be restricted to quiet times when the bar is well ventilated, and he will only hang out for short periods at a time.
