Being stuck offshore, I'm gonna have to wait a couple of weeks before I can actually see what's on it.

Nightwish is off, Nephilim is still on, Levellers are still on. You can fuck off with the Manowar idea.

Great! That Levellers song will live with me forever, especially when a certain someone broke up with his girlfriend in the bar, was feeling miserable as fuck and some twat puts that song on. ♪ ♪♪ ♪"What a beautiful day hey hey!" ♪ ♪♪ ♪ Boy did I laugh.
I guess Manowar is a bit extreme for any self-respecting jukebox. The thought of hearing the likes of 'Brothers of Metal' all summer fills me with dread.

Sorry Pete but you'll just have to keep bringing that CD into the Wreckin' Ball.

Actually they had a Christmas No1 with 'Sound of the Underground' in 2002
Another in November 2004 with 'I'll Stand by You'

In FHM's 100 sexiest women 2005 they featured ..... twice! (Private joke in there for Pete)

They've release a version of 'Wicked Game' which recently featured on the Moorings Jukebox. (Albeit by HIM)

They've won numerous awards including 'Best London Act'

..... but you're right, they are shit.

Whoaah...Girls Aloud are probably the best "girl group" since Martha and the Vandellas.

SoundOf The Underground and Love Machine are pop songs of the highest calibre. Granted, they probably aren't ideal for the Moorings jukebox, but did you notice how acts such as Atomic Kitten, B*Witched and Eternal withered and died in the face of the GA onslaught?

They have some great material, and they, or whoever is acting as their svengali these days, deserve some respect in terms of the music they produce.

Just wish they'd quit the tabloid shite, though...

You'll need to stand right next to the speaker cos that album (surprisingly) is very quiet....

Either that or the old repeatedly pointing to the roof technique, careful however, this may be interpreted by the bar staff (and everyone there) that you are dancing John Travolta Saturday Night Fever style, and will gain you a bit of a kicking, or a fat smelly 40 year old dancing partner...you have been warned!
