High pace indie rock with edgy riffs and pounding drums. Highly influenced by anything from Iggy Pop to Aphex Twin, an exciting live show that has been cited as stimulating and with bucketloads of energy.

The second half of 2009 has seen the return of Marionettes with no less than two new members, a fresh sound and a new direction. Watch this space for new recordings on top of a release in the new year.

CCJ are a band from Edinburgh whose music has passion and lyrical complexity in abundance. Having relocated to Aberdeen last year, this is one of their first shows in the North-East.

Their new 7 track CD "Dirty Town" is a fantastic collection of songs written by all three members and is worth every penny of the £5 it costs to get a copy.
