Wednesday 28th October 7.30pm at the Beach Ballroom, Aberdeen

Only two weeks to go until this year’s sound festival, which will begin with a concert by pianocircus, the unique 6-piano ensemble from London. Not to be missed, this concert will take place on the 28th October 2009 in the Beach Ballroom, Aberdeen. The concert will feature music by Yumi Hara Cawkwell, Erkki-Sven Tüür, Colin Riley, Lynne Plowman as well as Graham Fitkin's Log, Line and Loud.

"We sat, entranced if stiff, on the floor... If art can be measured by the time its effects take to wear off, this has been a corker of a week." Performance review by The Observer, June 2009

For details on other sound events in the first week (Fidelio Trio, Darragh Morgan, DanceLive events, Pete Stollery, the Harmony Ensemble, Irene Drummond and Alasdair Beatson, Edinburgh Quartet and James Clapperton, Strange Rainbow) please see www.sound-scotland.co.uk

Tickets for sound events are available on Aberdeen Box Office 01224 641122

Fab! This is my first year with sound and I must admit I can't wait for it to start... Release the new music... and pianocircus sound like a grand way of kicking it off...
Will you be playing at the Chemikal Underground evening on 20th November?
