Nah, a trade night is for anyone who works in the bar/restaurant/club industry. Everyone's welcome of course, but so many staff round places in Aberdeen have worked together previously that this is a good chance to catch up with old friends.
Tonight's looking to be a good one, in which case we'll look at doing this 3 or 4 times a year. The final count for the mixology competition is 11, with entrants from: Dusk, Ninety-Nine, Tonik, Paramount, Snafu, Bruach (Dundee), Basement, Moshulu and Soul, as well as a couple of non-tied competitors. |
