Default Killers 22nd November

Does anyone know if there will be a presale for this?

"It seems like an eternity since Brandon Flowers and co last performed in Scotland at T in the Park July 2005, so it’s with much anticipation that we announce this morning that the very best band to come out of Vegas, The Killers, will be returning to Scotland for a gig at the Carling Academy in Glasgow on Wednesday 22nd November. Incredibly, this will be their biggest HEADLINE show to date in Scotland; the last one was King Tut’s in June 2004! Tickets go on sale at 9am this Friday, 15th September via www.gigsinscotland.com or by calling 0870 169 0100."

Yeah, I'm a bit surprised that they're not doing a full on arena tour either...lack of confidence in the new album, maybe?

Killers are one of the few bands that get bummed by NME that are actually good.

biggest headline show in scotland yet?

i'm pretty sure i saw them headline the nme shockwaves tour at carling academy last year or year before, flowers got a pint off his keyboard and play was suspended til they could dry it.

dunno about the new single yet, doubt i'd go and see them again.

To answer:

The Killers could easily sell 50,000 tickets in Scotland

Their buggest "Headline" show to date (when they were BILLED as headliner) was at King Tuts.

The new album will go platinum in day.

The last album sold 7 million+

This will be sold out by 9.08am i reckon

Good luck.

www.gigsinscotand.com sign up and find out when any pproduction holds are released as this is usually the best way to get tickets for this type of show if you miss out at the start.

cheers
