I'm probably being really thick but is it Snafu you'd be collecting the aforementioned tickets from if you buy them online and select 'collect from box office'?

You're not being thick, online ticket agencies don't exactly word these things sensibly. What you'll have is a reference number or code. All you have to do is take this with you on the night, and we'll check it off against our list of corresponding names and codes. Saves messing about with delivery charges and paper tickets.
