Nick Cave has announced a rare UK solo band tour for 2006.

Nick Cave's solo band is made up of Bad Seeds Warren Ellis (violin), Martyn Casey (bass) and Jim Sclavunos (drums).

These shows give the audience a chance to see Nick Cave play in small venues not possible with Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds.

I just phoned. Tickets go onsale Friday at 10 oclock. How big/small is the Concert Hall in Glasgow?

anybody see NC + grand piano with Warren plus 2 @ The Ross Bandstand Edinburgh circa Aug 1999 me thinks,

one of the very best gigs ever.......totally awesome
