Former Shed Seven front man Rick Witter has announced details of his new band
and
a week of live shows in Scotland.

Rick Witter and the Dukes will be playing brand new material together with some
classic Shed Seven tunes. The Dukes are: Rob Wilson on guitar, Stuart Fletcher
(The Yards and ex-Seahorses) on bass, and Matt Lunn (ex-Colour of Fire) on
drums.

Dates are as follows:
Sat Oct 1st: Ullapool - Village Hall
Sun Oct 2nd: Aberdeen - Café Drummonds
Mon Oct 3rd: t.b.c.
Tues Oct 4th: Inverness - Raigmore Hotel
Thur Oct 6th: Glasgow - King Tuts
Fri Oct 7th: Dundee - Fat Sams
Sat Oct 8th: Edinburgh - Cabaret Voltaire

It's not a piss take........Northside are definately the support but only for the Aberdeen gig.

Got told this by my mate who is the promotor.

It was never going to be Northside supporting, they are no longer together, however the singer has a new band called Silent Partners www.silent-partners.info who were pencilled in as support for Rick Witter, however it proved a logistical nightmare and they are now playing Drummonds on Sat Oct 8th instead. I think.
