I've stupidly lost my glasses and they haven't turned up in the few weeks i've been looking for them and would rather not go another week, does anyone know if there is a shop in aberdeen that does a 24-hour service or something? Or just recommend somewhere who is quite fast. not essential but if they do student deals that would be cool too. I've had a look around now i'm just looking for people with some experience in the matter. Thanks.

I think Vision Express do them in store, I know D&A are usually 7-10 days, presume most other places will be the same.

Vision Express are super-expensive when compared to other glasses outlets (notably Specsavers but only because I've used both).

Specsavers did mine the same day when the guy saw I had no glasses to wear in the meantime. It normally takes a week or so however.

If you have a prescription to hand, you could probably get something from Designer Glasses and Prescription Glasses from Glasses Direct pretty quickly.

So far specsavers are cheapest and it seems to take a week exact and £40 with student discount for designer frames. Too good a deal to pass up. Thanks guys.
