Anyone hear anything about this in aberdeen?.....Ive read the evening express report on it and as usual zero info other than what a random called aggie fae torry thought about it....

More to the point anyone got any pictures of these strange lights that were seen....

I think I read today that they were explained as being Chinese lanterns that were set off from a rowing club or somewhere like that.

Thought it might be, despite both the EE and the P&J reports earlier in the week (the latter on the front page!) quoting witnesses saying "They definitely weren't chinese lanterns"

they were helium filled balloons with balloon animals tied underneath with 5 leds and a watch battery attached too them, they were released from pocra quay
