Krispy Kreme's are stupidly good though.
Yeah, suppose we should just have to make do with all those Fish and Chip shops and Chinese take aways... that also double as Fish and Chip shops.

Seriously though, If we are to go down the capitalist whore route like America and have fast food chains everywhere, I'd prefer to have a huge choice. I'd cut the number of mcdonalds by half at least and put up wendy's and taco bells, etc in their place. Wouldnt change that much.

I've never had an IHOP

Where's the nearest one? Do they even have them in Britain?

I highly doubt it. I remember coming back from the States when I was a kid thinking that Subway was the best food related thing ever... a few years later they were everywhere in the UK. So I've still got hope. Saying that, Pancakes wouldnt catch on here.

Off to Orlando. IHOP is the International House of Pancakes, so you would expect them to be somewhere else other than America. Or maybe it's like the baseball "world" series.

If you're ever out at Thainstone car boot sale on a Sunday look out for the doughnut stand. When you order it they fire the dough straight into the fryer and deep-fat fry it right in front of you. Then when they take it out, still dripping with fat, they roll it in sugar.

*mmmmm.....drool*

Such a great name devoid of any meaning. I'd like to be elected a member of the international house of pancakes.

I'm off to NYC in a few months for a holiday come scouting mission to see if I could feasibly live over there at some point. Europe is over-rated.

anyway, Milkshakes rule!

I've tried Milky Bar, and Milky Way, Milky Way was great Milky Bar was like when your ice cream melts, still tastes good but... dull.
Who want's to post some recommendations from experience or something they've considered trying.

I even have a loyalty card now.
