deffo one of the better tv chefs, i liked that thing on sky he did 'floyd around the world' where he'd go to different countries cooking local dishes in the outdoors. legend RIP!

I love the fact that Saturday Kitchen regularly screens vintage Floyd clips at 10am with him tanking huge glasses of wine as he cooks, can't believe the drinking police haven't latched onto that one.

I think he had cancer of the prostate or bowel

Yeah I heard it was bowel cancer, sad loss

he was a big inspiration to my drinking...erm I mean cooking..and drinking...sorry what i did mean is cooking programmes always a pleasure to watch with a glass of wine....even better when they started showing his old clips on Saturday kitchen.
