A lot of them fail to understand what 'Do not Bend' and 'Fragile' mean.

It means they tend to make a tinkling sound when they land. I worked at their mail centre one christmas and I can tell you that adding exclamation marks and underlining frantic warnings is just a waste of your Sharpie.

I do love a good moan and that, but is anyone else missing a bit of post this week, or is it just me?

Hmm, post here has been fine. Just had to answer the door for a large parcel for my brother... did seem to be the only mail the guy was delivering to the whole building though.

Separate drivers are assigned to deliver the bigger parcels.

It's worse in the countryside, you can send something Next Day Delivery and it still takes 3-4 days... The amount of times I've sent an item as a standard parcel and it's taken over two weeks to send, then at other times it's only taken a day!

It's really annoying, I thought it was just the country bumpkins cutting corners!

We have had a few cuntish posties out in ellon in the past. Had the "sorry you werent in" thing tried a LOT, but because my family all work different hours there is nearly always someone home, and the same postie was caught by all of us in the space of a few weeks.

Must say our newest postie is an absolute gem, if he needs a signature for something and hears my music, he just comes and knocks on my window because i cant hear the door.

But to answer your origional question, my post has been fine all week, hope you get it sorted soon, maybe worth giving the post office a buzz?

Useless, im just off the phone from tracking an order or attempting to. I got through after about 15 minutes to speak to a person who said my parcel had been 'scanned' at the london office on the 17th of May and then transferred me through to someone else who confirmed this who then said it was up to the sender in Hong Kong to start an investigation. Seriously what is going on? The parcel was sent as signed delivery....

The sender of mine didn't send it recorded. I can't really get on at him to send it again, as it is records for review which he was only given one copy of and then passed them onto his reviewers. Still, I'm massively pissed. I've had to review a whole manner of shite and now I get to review the good stuff. It's just sods law that I probably won't get these free records!

If I wasn't stuck in work, I'd be down the sorting office kicking off, but I'm here til beyond the closing times of the Post Office. Fuck sake.
