Had pheasant with garlic and ginger, garlic mashed potatoes, mixed veg and gravy/sauce on Sunday night. It was absolutely gorgeous. The pheasant was local produce as I was staying at my uncle's in Yorkshire. Was a fantastic meal.

It's half 11 and I could be doing with a slowly cooked bit of lamb in red wine. Right now.
