Thats two people that have addressed me by name on this site recently. Thats two too many, Bukan.

And I was guilty of this.

People spell my name wrong too. It is annoying. So much so that the other day on the phone to Scottish Power I spelt it out before the woman could even say anything and she burst out laughing.

Worst examples have been... Janet (it's a completely different name), Janette, Jeannette... I could go on. My tutor at uni used to spell it with 2 ns (usually in email replies when it was quite clear it's just 1 n.)

One of my old school friends spell it with two t's. So they do exsist.
