Default The Red Thread - Charity Edition

So, tis officially the week of Red Nose Day. On Friday night the nation will be celebrating 'The Big One' (ooh err. etc. etc.).

You can get your red noses at Oxfam and Sainsburys stores, the red nose t-shirts are on sale in tkmaxx stores and you can get the charity single in most record shops.

Are you doing anything to raise money for them?

Not that you need an excuse, but were a little bit of red this week. Go on, you know you want to!

I’m rather miffed (not because of actuall red nose day you realise) as it’s 100% compulsory at my work to donate money on Friday… and the sum is also compulsory.
Wear red = £1
Don’t wear red = Penalty! And you pay £2.

Considering that I’m going out immediately from work on Friday to go bowling - with people from work - then straight onto a birthday party I will have to skip, ‘wearing red’ and dress normally (only red things I own are crappy jumpers and band tshirts). £2 fine to me.

Fucks sake. But yes, for a good cause blah blah blah.

The Mikes from Bassment (one of which is Mike from Asylum Books and Games) are gonna each shave off one half of their beard so when they stand together they have a complete beard if they can raise a grand. Speak to Charlie doorman if you're interested or PM me if you don't know him and I'll pass on your pledge.
