Anyone know why that building next to Bridge St, and next to the Trinity Centre has a big black net ooer it??

My girlfriend reckons they are hiding Marti Pellow

It houses the Inland Revinue & a number of other govt functions, along with the District Court office - You go there to claim expenses, pay fines etc. IIRC, it is due another renovation after the recent round of changes/relocations when Revinue & Customs merged.
