anyone watch it last night?

my money's on mickelson i reckon. although vijay singh's looking pretty good so far too. there's a good few others who have a shot at it though, should be an interesting couple of days.

I watched it last night.

First round is always pretty quiet stuff.

I'm sure there will be some big movers today.

it's quite interesting to see how the course plays though. it's obviously quite tough this year with so few players breaking 70.

I think a lot of guys were complaining that they have lengthened the course again.

And only the biggest hitters will have any hope on some holes.

I reckon there will be some monster scores!

But yes, Darren Clarke has interesting fashion sense.... Garcia had a pretty horrendous pair of orange trousers on too.

I wouldn't be surprised if Singh led all the way, he seems to play well at Augusta (sp?). The course is mammoth - 7400 yards or something like that.

its gunna be interesting to see who comes out on top on sunday. its ridiculous how lengthy the course is these days tho. puts so many strategy players out of contention in my opinion leaving very few to compete

id be very surprised if anyone other than

from watching it yesterday people like adam scott seemed very comfortable on the course as did ogilvy. if they can both remain consistent they might be in with a chance.

Its some course. Watched some of it with my Dad last night. 8 lawnmowers driving up the fairway and the whole course is resurfaced every year!

Good golf last night. Monty summed it up regarding the difficulty of the course.
