Anyone who's been to the Royal Thai Restaurant on Crown Terrace, I need to know if they have disabled access or not, if someone could help me out with this one that'd be great.

As far as I can remember, going in wouldn't be a problem, but I think some of the eating area is downstairs. . .

no there's no downstairs at the royal thai.

i think there are two small steps at the front street entrance, and further, just before you come into the main dining area i think there are one or two more individual steps. i think the first two steps at the door could be difficult if the person was unassisted.

on the plus side i seem to remember tables are generally quite generously spaced apart.

Thanks, I was just worried they'd be like Saigon and Jasmin's and have the 10 steps down to the restaurant, the guy on the phone said there were about 3 up, which should be fine.

It's not a bad restuarant at all. Probably the best one on the street. (And I should know, I live on that street and have tried them all. )
