True Chris Penn story

Last summer I worked at Sears in Santa Monica selling vacuums. Chris Penn would come in about once a week, wearing shorts and sandals, and one of those life vest looking jackets. At one time, he bought a very high end vacuum, but then wasn't happy with it, and so he brought it back and cussed up a storm about it. It turned out that the hose wasn't pushed in all the way from the back, but he wouldn't hear anything about it. He kept saying, "That fucking vacuum is a piece of shit" to anyone who would listen. Finally, when he got his money back, he bought a fifty dollar wet/dry vac to clean his house with. So just know that, for the last six months of his life, Chris Penn cleaned his house with a vacuum that was designed to clean up leaves in the garage, not because he couldn't afford better, but because he was a stubborn, stubborn man. But he would come into Sears at least once a week, and look around in the hardware department. So that is the impact that Chris Penn made on my life. Godspeed, Mr. Penn!
