Default Cameron wins leadership vote

Cameron-90
Davis-57
Fox-51

So, It's Cameron and Davis in the last two. Doesn't look like a "coronation" is on the cards now.

Six more weeks of the Tory leadrship campaign *ironic "yay"*

Looks pretty certain that Cameron will win. Davis' campaign really has come to a halt, despite still coming into the top 2. He got less votes now than the number of MP's who publicly supported him when there were still 5 candidates.

One analysis is that the votes which Liam Fox got would almost certainly transfer to Davis, thus putting him ahead of Cameron, or perhaps almost level allowing for some to switch to Cameron.

I don't think Cameron is as much of a shoe-in as everyone seems to be reporting. It will be interesting to see how long he can continue to be policy-lite over the next six weeks.

I don't know enough Tories to see how the membership feels about this one, which is really what it comes down to in the end. Just need to wait and see. Either way, I don't think the next Tory PM is going to be either one of the two names still in the hat for the leadership.
