Default all you clever folk!

hey, need some help. I want to record some guitar onto my computer so i can put it onto a cd.

i have a microphone and a guitar, but i cant seem to find anything that will let me record it...

any advice would be useful, like is there something in windows that lets you record stuff for about 4 mins?

andrew.

You need some multi-track software mate. Try something like Cakewalk. It basically works the same as a standard multi-tracker only all digitalised on your PC. You can pick up some versions on ebay for as little as 20 bucks, have a look.

its a free 16-track multitracker and it looks pretty handy for zero cash

Thanks man, I think I'll give this a try, as my multi-track software is kinda shite.
