Ok basically, my phone got wet (didn't fall in a toilet or anything though) and now it isn't turning on. The bastard.
So I've cleaned out as many parts as i can and stuff, but what else can I do? I know it happens to many phones (mines is a nokia 3220) but this time seems to have buggered it.

p.s does anyone know if I can like claim anything or ask for a repair or some shit - I'm with orange. I refue to buy a new phone.

go to the shop and ask for a repair. someone asked me to do that for them once, but her phone was so cunted that it was gonna cost way too much to repair

you can get it repaired, just take it to a phone shop

You should have tried to dry it out, on the top of a radiator or such like. If you pay for insurance then orange will replace the phone within 24 hours.

i broke my phone. o2 refused to repair it for me because i hadn't kept the receipt. as long's you've kept the receipt you'll be okay. but otherwise, it costs shitloads to get it fixed and you may as well buy a new one

gf's samsung phone dropped into the bath, radiator dried it out and it worked again...

alternatively buy a decent phone that nokia is a brick!

3220's are bastards - I spilled some Jagermeister into mine and it was not at all grateful and has never been the same since.
