Try in-between the two "skyscrapers" opposite Aberdeen College. You get a good view and a sensual pant breeze from there.

some spots near asda in bod are good. like the country road just before the T junction.. some good biews there. or the park in the buckies, round about there you get some good views

You know the dual carridgeway beside kincorth <it runs passed north sound studios>? If you drive from altens/cove side towards town you get a GREAT view as you come over the crest. You can see down to the river Dee and Duthie Park etc etc...then the rest of Aberdeen behind that.

i know you're not after buildings but if you can get into the 13th floor of st nicholas house you've got a great view of the city.

other than that i'd go for hazelhead as has already been mentioned. nice up there.

Yes top of St Nicholas is good actually.

A bar or restaurtant would be good but I can't think of any bars with a good view either, Oh Henry's used to have. If only Pizza Hut was a bar!
