Reading today that the postcode AB15 is the second richest in the U.K, with over 200 millionaires living there. Well would you believe it.

It probably is in Rubislaw. I used to walk through Rubislaw Den? on my way to work and some of the houses...sorry estates, are beyond a joke!

Mind you, I'd probably buy a big fuck off house if I had the money too. Or a land-boat.

I think it's something like 270 millionaires. The richest parts of Aberdeen being Rubislaw, Cults and Bieldside.

Anyway...the average price of a house in that area is about 3-500k....so half of their million is probably a hefty mortgage....
