Bucketloads of pasta in any form, with lots of cheese. If I feel really really shite then Kraft Cheesey pasta is always a winner. As are sweet 'n' sour Pot Noodles. Carbohydrates and fat, really.

I love bran flakes, but i rally really hate it when they break up into small pieces, then when you add milk its like a big mushy mess. ick.
