what code do you use?

I know it's html based stuff... but i've got it to half work... but not properly... meh.

Simple code: <img src="insert url of yer image here"> should work. If you wanna centre it then put <p align=center><img src="your url"></p>

They allow you to put HTML tags directly into your pages on MySpace? That is asking for trouble from a security perspective. Whatever, the code:

<img src="myimage.jpg" height="40" width="20" alt="This is my image. How lovely" />

To center it I recommend:

<div align="center">
<img src="myimage.jpg" height="40" width="20" alt="This is my image. How lovely" />
</div>

The Height and Width values should be in pixels. And those parameters as well as the Alt are all optional.

What is HTML and why is there a security problem?

...I'm a spazzz.......how do you do backgrounds? i got one up a while ago..then it went away...could someone please just post the html they used for theirs but not post their image..?

I used "Thomas's myspace editor" for background stuffy so I dunno...

And aye they allow you to put images directly onto Myspace - only on your front description like, otherwise you upload them to the gallery.

HTML = Hypertext Markup Language - simply put it is what web pages are generally made out of.

It is a security problem because if you really know what you are doing you can do bad things to people web browsers by using specially crafted HTML tags and values. The main reason why you can't post any HTML on this web site - anywhere.

Try using some CSS like:
