I am familiar with its hangover-inducing properties.

Do they still make it?

We had some guy in ASDA last night looking for it and it was nowhere to be seen. After about 15 minutes of convincing him we didn't have it he then sat on a footstool and asked us to choose 4 6 packs for him. Weirdest shift I've ever done

My dad used to drink the super strength version of Kestrel. He used to wonder why he fell asleep after 3 tins...

Kestral very cheap, very weak, tastes crap...usually left at the end of a party... one good thing...if you leave it well passed its sell by date and then drink it u wouldn't notice the difference from a brand new tin...

About 20 years ago my granny used to keep a huge supply of Kestrel in the cupboard for visitors, she was a smart old bird, no-one ever drank it so she never needed to replace it.

I used to drink Kestrel to take away the fear of being bullied at school.
