I ended up taking a half day holiday yesterday... crashing for 2 hours (4-6pm) then the wife came round and I was asleep by midnight....

Slept in until 8am and had to do the "mad shower dash and out the door" routine this morning.

I feel much better for it though...

Mmmmmm.... sleeeeeeeep.
