Default Films you just dont understand

I realised that I still can't get my head round the Back to the Future movies at all. All those doc's leaving and suddenly re-appearing again. I think its a mix of all the crap he spews about modulator regulators and michael J Fox continually shouting to him "I have to tell you about the future".

Anyone have a film thats pretty simple to follow but substantially more cryptic when you bring into account what the fuck that is actually happening?

Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind is pretty close too but its more just a movie about headfuck anyway

Mission Impossible confused me the first time as well.

Vanilla Sky is overly deliberately confusing, but the explanation at the end makes it clear enough for me.

I haven't completely got my head round Mullholland Drive or Magnolia, but i don't really like either of them enough to think about them.

My cousins live on Mullholland drive. Hence I'm quite keen to see the film.

Meet Joe Black. Until my mother politely informed me that Brad Pitt was the "human incarnation of death". Lovely....(and incredibly unobservant of me).

Speed 2: Cruise Control

Why did NO-ONE in the production team not realise how shit it was. Oh oh, OR they knew it was bollocks but released it any way. What a twist.

No, I just don't get it.

The first time I ever watched the Matrix I wasn't paying attention and got lost a bit. At the end I asked what all the weird squid things were and why they were being chased by them.....

Vanilla Sky. I don't watch a lot of films, but that one, what on earth! Penelope Cruz was rather scrumptious in it though!
