played mgs2 yesterday and completed it in 3 hours, just too short
but it sucked in this game how you weren't introduced to the bosses before fighting them, it was just "hello there...oh you're trying to kill me"

Thumb Up

Great game so far (bought it yesterday), used crocs for target practice and went a bit gun crazy with the shotgun.

I didn't even realise it was out, but if this is true, I might not bother buying it.

Where's the fun if you can't shoot inanimate objects to pieces? I used to spend ages making sure every single thing in a room that could be shot or broken had been shot or broken.

Actually I will buy it one day. MGS is easily the best game series ever.

I really enjoyed Metal gear solid on the ps1 when it first came out, but it was over far too quick, and did not have much replay value. The 2nd and 3rd on the ps2 do nothing for me. The cut scenes and codec conversations really take the piss. I like to play games, not listen to a moral debate on nuclear weapons and genetics!

The storylines were great. Except the end of MGS2, I never fully understood that.

I liked the way they put real events into the storyline of MGS3, made it far more interesting and some people might actually learn something.

Konami said they won't be making another after this, but they also said they wouldn't be making another after MGS2 so lets just hope they make a fourth.

Konami are making a fourth, hideo(director) clamied in an interview that he is perhaps making one more for a nintendo console.

Save your game in mgs3 when ur in the prison cell and then load it back up. You get to play this really fucking cool mini game where you kill zombies with swords, plays like a completey new game.
