It's really annoying how it's pretty much the same 4 films throughout every category...

The Kodak Theatre only has 58 seats, so they can't nominate too many people. I know it looks big - the walls are all mirrored. Good to see Sophie Okonedo nominated - another great British actress who has come through the tried and tested training scheme of 'The Bill' and 'Casualty'.

Finding Neverland has a lot of nominations. Why?

I thought Finding Neverland was good but probably not the film to win Johnny his Oscar.

I thought the Motorcycle Diaries was the best film I saw last year, but it's hardly nominated for anything. The nominations pretty much scream *blockbusters are us*

The Oscars are a farce anyway. It's all about how much free stuff a studio wants to give you in return for your vote.

I can't believe that Eternal Sunshine isn't up for best directing.
