Default World Darts Championship
Anyone else hooked on this? It's fucking magic, I've been slavishly following it since Keith Deller shocked Eric Bristow to win it in 1983. Who do you reckon is going to win it? This could be the year Martin Adams finally does it, but I'm rather taken with the Aussie Whitlock, haven't seen a goatee like that since Alexei Lalas in the 1994 World Cup.

I've been avidly watching it on the internet when not working (The joys of 2mb broadband, arf!), and I can't see past Barney for the championship. The man looks fucking invincibol, he hasn't conceeded a set yet.
The Adams/Hankey match last night was a belter, great stuff.

have to agree. the Hankey/Adams game was awesome. Very high scoring darts match

anyone else think that Martin Adams looks like Gerry Adams (Sinn Fein Leader)

He does look like him!! I have missed a lot of the darts this year, but I want that beardy bloke to win. i can only aspire to that high a level of facial shrubbery!

I usually watch the darts. The darts is good to sit down with a guitar to, but I haven't got into it yet this year.

I know absoloutely NOTHING about darts except that they're quite pointy, but i have to admit that i've been lounging around watching this in my comfy armchair since new year when i should have been completing an art folio. woe is me.
