not that i'm complaining....but why are people giving out free cans of diet coke over the town centre?

Because its free of sugar and caffeine, and is new. Mine went to a homeless guy, who i'm surprised didn't reject it. Who the hell wants caffeine and sugar free coke?

Me, its a good drink, as I drink far too much coffee at work and leaded coke has given me some medical problems, anyhow they didn't have cafine free when I asked them just normal

To try and get the stingy types hooked on it whilst at no cost so when they bugger off, they'll be hooked, feel withdrawn without it and end up possibly buying it, something they would never had done had they been expected to cough up 60p in the first place.
