Default search engine hijack

my search engine got hijack a few months ago by a shopping search engine, anyway ive ran all of these; spybot, hijack this, adaware ( all updated versions)

the hijack only appears on hijack this, then i delete it reboot its gone, a few days later it appears again.

it also hijacks my hotmail box and causes a large amount of pop ups saying; your system is infected click hear to solve problems, if i click on it im very awre it will just fuck my computer up more, im really trying to avoide re setting windows because theirs alot of stuff on my computer i nead.

cheers

what name comes up in hijack this? Your best bet is to put the name into Google, and you'll probably find a permanent solution on some webgeek forum somewhere.

Did you notice that it came back a few days later when you went back to the same porn and warez site?

Use a better browser

I'd use Linux if most of the software i use wasn't windows based.

use firefox with it's pop up blocker, AVG anti virus, Zone Alarm and SP1+2 and i don't have any problems at all which is nice.
