Rumours? How damaging are they? Can you just laugh them off or do they have fundamental effects when they're brutal lies? What do you think? Does it matter?

i had quite a few rumours about me when i was at secondry school

they did effect me quite a bit

doesnt help when alot of ya friends abandon you because they believe they are true

takes me alot now to truly trust anyone

Why anyone would start a rumour is beyond me.
