Default Headphone Splitters?
The wee doofledangers that you put into the headphone jack, which you can then put two headphones into. Do things exactly exist? How well do they work? Where can i get one and for how much? This is pretty much aimed at Alkaline as he seems to be in the know with everything electric device related

They work fine and output stereo on both sides. They come in both 3.5mm and 6.3mm sizes and are £3.00 and you can get one from me. Not sure that we have in stock as i was in Falkirk on business on Tuesday and off today. I'll confirm tomorrow.

It does a little, yes. But in the applications that most people would use a headphone splitter for it would generally not be an issue. If it was an issue you would need a powered/amplified splitter which would be a little more costly.

Sounds good, I'm going to use it on my Line6 Toneport. Me and a drummer have a wee project going where we're basically writing all the stuff together right now so i want to use one so that we can both listen to the guitar at a decent volume through sound cancelling headphones. Less noise to piss off his neighbours, also means we can play later if he silences his drums a bit.

Fairy nuff.

I think this would suck on my iPod as it's quite quiet but I don't need to share it.

My dad had an original Sony Walkman which had two headphone sockets independent faders for left and right. Crazy, eh?
