When installing a new program to my computer, obviously I put the install disk into the drive and normally the install process runs automatically. However, I'm inserting the disk and nothing is happeneing. I go to My Computer and then click on the appropriate drive to see if the CD has registered with my PC, but nothing is there. Is there any command I can type or ways to get my PC to recognise the CD if it isn't doing it automatically? |

![]() ![]() | Try going to My Computer right click on the CD drive and choose Explore. If your computer can read the disc it should list all the files. If that doesn't work then I don't think the disc will work. If it does work look for setup.exe or install.exe and double click that to install. |
