Laptop/EA Games Downloader Problem - 18-02-2008, 21:58

Can anyone help with this?

I was trying to download a game I'd bought from the Electronic Arts Store but I can't download it using the EA Games Downloader because it keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet but I am. I've phoned Dell and EA but the combination of their poor service and my complete lack of computer skills has left me stuck.
